Being born and raised in Central Wisconsin, the outdoors has always been a way of life for me and this continues today with my wife, Tammy and two sons, Ethan and Keegan. The founding principles in our lives are rooted in family, our shared faith, working hard and treating people with the utmost respect. My life-long passion for hunting, along with being a property owner who practices land stewardship, has given me the opportunity to see how planning and properly managing a property can profoundly impact the quality. This experience has already helped me provide clients with a well-rounded knowledge of properties and the potential they hold. I truly enjoy developing personal relationships with all my buyers and sellers to ensure their purchase or sale of a property is a smooth and satisfying experience.
My wife, two children, dog Ted and I are truly blessed to live among the beautiful woods and waters of Northwestern Wisconsin. My experience as a biology and earth science educator, land manager and consultant, business executive and broker, combined with a lifelong passion for the outdoors, makes me uniquely qualified to serve your recreational real estate needs. If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a piece of this pristine recreational area, I can help make that a reality.
Mike Cashman Testimonials
We want to highly recommend Mike Cashman as a very hard workingand knowledgeable real estate professional that has tirelessly helped us search for the perfect lake home in northern Wisconsin. He quickly understood our needs and has relentlessly scoured the market to find us a number of possible homes with a combination of the right-sized house, good acreage on a great lake.
Mike went above the beyond the normal work of a buyer's representative by recommending and arranging all of the required inspections, being there himself for all of our home visits and tirelessly obtaining the information that we requested regarding the properties. He also went to one of the inspections to personally meet with the inspector when we could not make the trip ourselves.
He is smart,hard-working and a very competent professional realtor and we will continue to use him exclusively in our continuingsearch for other Wisconsin properties. The best part is that he is a very nice guy to work with! We can't wait to resume ocr search with him net year! Not only is Mike a very professionalrealtor,he is our new friend!
Joy and David Stuebe, Barrington,IL
Mike has been an excellent realtor to work with. He’s easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Mike pulled a lot of information and shared it in detail to help us make knowledgeable decisions. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for, which is saying a lot because we were a little ‘all over the place.’ For questions we had specific to properties that arose while we were on-site, Mike never dropped the ball. He was very quick to get back to us with any requested information. Mike traveled a lot of miles to show us properties since we weren’t too particular about location. He was definitely dedicated to helping us find the property that was the most perfect for our family and uses. Aside from being a great realtor he is very personable and easy to click with. Our experience in purchasing recreational land has been incredibly enjoyable. It’s my pleasure to recommend Mike as he has been the best realtor I’ve worked with. Stacie Bryant , Wisconsin Landowner
We think Mike is an excellent agent. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and highly professional. He is a pleasure to work with and we were blessed to have him for our agent.
Lloyd & Sharon Baertsch, Wisconsin Landowners
Working with Mike was a pleasure. Mike worked hard for both the seller and for us keeping the lines of communication open and the process flowing smoothly. He made himself available at all hours for questions we had. We would strongly recommend Mike to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate.
George & Heidi Eliopoulos, Wisconsin Landowners
Mike was great! Our case was very complicated and difficult, but he handled all of it well. He was the seller's agent, but helped us (the buyers) a lot. We hired a lawyer who specialized in real estate to represent us and ask the appropriate questions to keep our best interests in mind. We did recommend Mike to a friend who is now making an offer on a property with Mike as his agent.
Patti Kleffman, Wisconsin Landowner
We highly recommend Mike Cashman. He is an outstanding Land Specialist who tends to business, does what he says he's going to do and gets results. In addition, Mike is honest, has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't be happier.
Sandy Gehrmann, Wisconsin Landowner
In starting the process of buying land hours away from my home, I was apprehensive. I was unfamiliar with the process as well as the area, and my first barrage of questions was all directed at Mike. He was swift and helpful with his replies, and he was able to lift many of my concerns with the venture by providing thoughtful and straightforward responses. Then when it came time to scout the properties, Mike was willing to hike through snow, mud, and brush in order to show me as many views as possible. Even though the parcel I purchased wasn't the largest, or the most expensive, Mike treated me with a care and consideration fitting a man of great character. He is a terrific realtor, which, given the scale of the transactions he facilitates, is an invaluable resource.
I sell Lifestyle Properties because that’s who I am. I don’t live in town, I sit around the fire pit on summer nights, Ice fish on winter days, drive around the block almost every night glassing for deer, check trail cameras whenever possible, raise my kids to be the best men they can be, and I am fortunate enough to do what I love.
I connect people with properties which enable them to love their lifestyle. My family and I built our home in the country in 2016 so I know the challenges that lie ahead for my clients, but more importantly I know how to overcome them.
I will go the extra acre for you. I manage my family’s farm for whitetails, timber, yields, and conservation.
I will stop at nothing so you can have everything. Government agencies are no stranger to me, I have sold land enrolled in just about every program imaginable.
I don’t see myself as a salesman, I create relationships that live long past the transaction.
Any agent could, not any agent would. If you are looking to buy or sell a lifestyle property chose an agent who lives that lifestyle. I am only a phone call away.

Bob uses the latest technology in marketing his listings. I am pleased with the job Bob did in selling my hunting land. “ Mike Smith - Crawford County, WI
“I should start with saying I am a very particular person with extremely high expectations. As a person and business owner I put 110% into every facet of life and expect the same in return from business associates. It is not often I run into people the caliber of Bob Clyde. His patience and genuine care & commitment to his clients are extremely impressive!
The land acquisition process we went through was complicated. Bob was there taking care of business every corner we turned and every obstacle we had to overcome without fail. I can say without a doubt I would not have found and acquired the wonderful property I now own had it not been for the considerable efforts of Bob. As if that wasn’t enough, Bob continues to be instrumental with the development of this parcel into what will soon be a state of the art compound and hunting paradise. Bob’s support from strategic development to the hands on working of the land have been invaluable. Bob’s expertise in real estate and hunting land development provided me a turnkey solution that delivered outstanding results!
Whether I am selling or acquiring premiere hunting property in WI, I will never consider doing that without my one time associate and now friend Bob Clyde.
Thanks for everything Bob!”

As a lifelong resident of the Wisconsin Dells area in Wisconsin his family farming heritage taught him first-hand what it means to work the land and be a wise steward of it. Being familiar with the surrounding counties (Juneau, Adams, Marquette and Columbia counties) gives him the insight on finding the perfect property for each client. He is a knowledgeable, service oriented professional with the experience to help both buyer and seller make informed decisions. Matts passion for dirt, leaves, trees and wildlife management is much more than a casual love affair, it’s a way of life. When you consider that buying or selling land is one of the largest financial transactions most people will ever make, it only makes sense to deal with a land specialist whose enthusiasm is genuine, his passion is sincere and his experience is unmatched.
South Central Wisconsin has been called home my entire life. I was born and raised on a dairy farm outside of Cambria, WI in Columbia County. My family continues to cash crop and graze Angus on those lands. It was on this farm that I learned that farming is not merely a career and a way to make a living, but rather a way of life.
In the surrounding fields and woods, I grew up with great friends chasing ducks, geese, and whitetails. Bowhunting whitetails has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. It is a love of the process which includes scouting and stand placement, as well as understanding timber management, food plots and crop rotations. My lifelong friend, Jason Syens, approached me about filming our adventures and in 2008 we began that challenge with White Knuckle Productions. It has been a part of our lives ever since.
I attended UW-Stevens Point and graduated with a teaching degree. My life in education and coaching has been committed to helping others obtain what is important to them. I bring that same commitment to Midwest Lifestyle Properties. I don’t know that there is a better way to enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer than to share that passion with other like-minded people. I would love to assist you with your land and residential goals!

I grew up in rural WI in a little town called Friesland. It was there that I would develop a passion for hunting; which became a passion for deer and land management in general. I Joined White Knuckle Productions in Jan of 2008 along with my lifelong friend Dave Prochnow. I have hunted my whole life and have a passion for filming not just the hunt, but the journey to that hunt as well.
Professionally, after come college, and a brief summer driving “The Ducks” in Wisconsin Dells, I took a job selling cars and it was there that I learned that I loved helping people. Getting paid for it was even better. For some time, I have tried to find a way to blend my passion for sales with my passion for the outdoors.
Well this year a friend whom I had worked with in the car business, convinced me to hang up my car biz career and come to work for Realtree’s United Country Hunting Properties. In March of 2019 I took a leap of faith. It will be on this page you can follow along with me on my journey, the ups, downs, and in between.
As for White Knuckle Productions, our Web Show’s are filmed all-over the mid-west and are primarily Bowhunting, All Fair Chase, and All Self-guided. We show every aspect of the hunt, not just the seconds leading up to the kill. We are hunters just like you, we get no special treatment or hand-outs, and wouldn’t have it any other way. OurWeb ShowandPodcastare a celebration of Whitetails and the lifestyle of the serious bowhunter and now a celebration of the life of Todd Alan Pringnitz who was taken home to Heaven on Feb 25th 2019.
